2016 marked 150 years since the birth of H.G. Wells the author of War of the Worlds. To celebrated one of Woking’s most famously linked authors Woking hosted an Intergalactic Sci Fi Party in Woking Park to an amassed crowd of thousands.
Thurstons Brewery, The Horsell Bitter Emitter, couldn’t miss this opportunity to set up our Galaxy famous pop up beer stall. Tying in with Horsell being the landing site for Well’s Aliens and our Steam Punk branding we settled in nicely for a fantastic day rubbing shoulders with the weird and extra terrestrial!
Whether you were a Steam Punk Cos-player, a slightly lost Stormtrooper or a Martian in disguise you thought our beer was ‘out of this World!’.
